Partner programme · for staffing agencies

Your client has the vacancy.
Fill it in five days.

You know the pattern. A client needs someone for work nobody really wants to do, and every candidate you find is overqualified for it. A digital intern takes exactly that work. It goes out under your name; we build it and keep it running.

What is the Sorrato partner programme?

Sorrato's partner programme lets staffing agencies of roughly 15 to 200 people place AI "digital interns" with their clients under their own name. Sorrato builds, hosts and maintains each intern on its platform in Europe. The agency keeps the client relationship, buys at a fixed wholesale rate and sets its own price. It starts with a 5-day trial placement on simulated data.

You sell it. We build it. You keep the client. Every intern you place runs on Sorrato's managed platform in Europe. It connects to the client's existing tools, runs the work and logs every action. You never manage the platform; we do.

The 5-day trial placement

Five days is how long it takes to format three CVs.

Automation usually starts with months of consulting. This starts with a working intern your client can watch, before anyone signs anything or shares any data.

  1. Day 0

    You bring the vacancy

The repetitive workflow your client can't staff, or shouldn't have to.

  2. Days 1–5

    We build it

A working intern doing exactly that task, on simulated data. We don't touch the client's live systems, so there's no data or NDA question yet.

  3. Day 5

    Your client watches it work

A video and a link of the digital candidate doing the job. A working prototype instead of a pitch.

  4. After approval

    It goes live

We connect it securely to the client's own environment and keep it running from then on.

Side by side

A temp, a DIY tool, or a digital intern.

Tools like Zapier or Make need developers and break when systems change. Sorrato builds and maintains the integration; you never touch the technical layer.

Your margin

A fixed price in. Your price out.

You buy each intern at a fixed wholesale rate. You price it to your client on the value it delivers, the way you'd price any placement. Everything in between is yours, and we don't see your client price.

The rules

What your client's lawyer will ask.

The short answers below are how Sorrato sets up every intern. They are not legal advice for your situation; let your own adviser have the last word.

  • 01

EU AI Act. The interns do back-office work only, like email and data entry. They are never used to profile candidates or make decisions about people, the uses the AI Act treats as high-risk.

  • 02

Transparency. Every intern tells the people it deals with that they are talking to an AI, as Article 50 of the AI Act asks.

  • 03

Temp-work rules. Providing a digital intern is a service, not the supply of a worker, so rules written for temporary workers, such as equal pay, StiPP or the German AÜG, are not what applies to it.

  • 04

Data. Everything runs on Sorrato's platform, hosted in Europe, under GDPR and a data-processing agreement.

Questions

What partners ask first.

Do my recruiters need AI or coding skills to sell this?

No. You bring the client and the vacancy; we do all of the technical work, the hosting and the upkeep. Think of us as your technical back office that the client doesn't have to meet.

How do we make money with it?

You buy at a fixed wholesale rate and price to the client on the value delivered. The margin between the two is entirely yours.

What happens when the intern meets something it doesn't know?

It stops and asks. Anything that needs human judgement goes to a named person at the client, who makes the call. Nothing that matters happens without a yes.

What does the client actually see?

In the trial, a video and a link of the intern doing their task on simulated data. Once live, a simple app where their team sees the prepared work and approves it.

Agencies under margin pressure. Clients with repetitive work that never got automated. Ronald kept seeing both.

Ronald Kloots has worked in and around the staffing industry for more than 25 years. He co-founded Sorrato to solve exactly that, and he is the person you talk to about whether this fits your portfolio.
